Branch Operations Manager

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations effectively. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a crucial leadership role where your expertise will contribute significantly to the success of the branch and the organization as a whole.
Key Responsibilities- Direct daily operations and manage team members to achieve performance goals, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control expenses, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
- Assess market dynamics to identify growth opportunities, positioning the branch for long-term success.
- Conduct regular training sessions to develop staff skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
- Foster a positive work environment to motivate employees, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and drive business results.
- Optimize inventory management and coordinate stock control processes, ensuring efficient stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
- For internal applicants, SPIII or SP IV completed.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally within the retail or supply industry.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a culture of accountability and results-driven performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, ensuring seamless operational performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices, with the ability to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
