Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant to join our team at GEO Reentry Services, LLC. As a Case Manager Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing case management and customer service support to our participants.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in participants and complete intake process, including paperwork and database input.
  • Provide general office administration duties, including answering phones and providing customer service.
  • Assist case managers with case coordination, communication with agencies, and report preparation.
  • File documents, prepare charts, and perform data entry as assigned.
  • May be responsible for office opening and closing procedures.
  • May facilitate orientation and supervise participant programs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college coursework in Human Services or business discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of six months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.
  • Good customer service skills, effective communication skills, and good organizational skills.
  • Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • Basic database skills and basic math skills.
