Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operator to join our team at Woongjin, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating ocean and air imports, arranging shipping documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate import and export activities, including arranging shipping documentation and tracking
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customs, air carriers, ocean carriers, and domestic carriers
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping and customs documentation
  • Monitor and report on shipping and customs activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
