Job Description

  • Ocean/Air import coordination
  • Arrange shipping documentation, shipping mode, delivery, tracking and notification
  • Assure that interaction regarding customs, air carriers, ocean carriers and domestic carriers to arrange for handling of product from source to customer
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel (testing conducted)
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
  • Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment
  • Ability to gather, interpret, report, and use data and other information concerning assigned activities
  • Ability to function effectively with or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of applicable computer applications and basic computer functions
  • Bachelor's or Higher required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
