Job Description

This role involves assisting customers with purchases, maintaining knowledge of our services and products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will also be responsible for achieving assigned sales goals, upholding loss prevention policies, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales goals through effective customer engagement and product knowledge
  • Ensure a personalized experience for all visitors, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all club and shop services, programs, and products
  • Support the timely and accurate completion of operational tasks as directed by the Shop MOD
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
