We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team at BayMark Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary

The Clinical Care Coordinator Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of quality care, monitoring treatment of all patients, and maintaining accurate and current clinical records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the maintenance of quality care for all patients.
  2. Monitor treatment of all patients and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
  3. Maintain accurate and current clinical records, including patient files and charts.
  4. Conduct internal program review and patient records review.
  5. Provide educational counseling related to substance abuse disorders.
  6. Assess training needs of clinical and support staff and report to the Program Director.
  7. Attend conferences, meetings, and training programs as needed.
  8. Hold a basic understanding of substance use disorders and stay up-to-date on current drug abuse and treatment information.
Requirements
  • LADC with Masters degree behavioral health, and/or LCMHC required.
  • At least five (5) years experience in the behavioral health field, with one (1) year of experience in administering a substance abuse treatment agency.
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
