Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at BayMark Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical services, ensuring the maintenance of quality care, and conducting internal program reviews.

This is a full-time position based in Newport, VT, with occasional travel between two clinic locations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Behavioral Health and/or LADC, as well as relevant work experience in the behavioral health field.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and current clinical records by staff
  • Conduct internal program reviews, patient records review, and educational counseling related to substance abuse disorders
  • Assess training needs of clinical and support staff and report to the Program Director
  • Ensure staff compliance with Federal and State regulations governing patient treatment
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and training programs as needed
  • Provide intake/readmission services and follow-up calls/contact to discharging patients for at least 30 days
  • Perform individual and peer file reviews on a monthly basis for quality control
Required Qualifications
  • LADC with Master's degree in Behavioral Health
  • Appropriate work experience in the behavioral health field
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check

BAYMARK HEALTH SERVICES offers a competitive salary range for this position, estimated to be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
