Position Summary
As a proactive organization, BCNY adheres to health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of both members and staff. The Locker Room Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and organized locker room environment during program hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage positively with members to ensure their safety and comfort in the locker room.
- Track member entries and exits, overseeing transitions effectively.
- Monitor the locker room and adjacent areas, including entrances and stairways.
- Maintain the organization of materials and report any issues regarding equipment or supplies.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to address any inappropriate conduct.
- Participate in required departmental meetings and professional development sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of six months to one year in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Reliable and dependable.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
