Responsibilities:

The Restaurant Operations Leader will:

  • Manage daily operations in accordance with Dunkin' standards.
  • Lead and develop a team of dedicated staff to ensure outstanding guest service.
  • Oversee hiring processes, including interviewing and selection of candidates.
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet operational needs.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate ordering processes.
  • Handle cash management and financial reporting.
  • Monitor food and labor costs to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of management experience in the restaurant sector, preferably in a quick-service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of building effective teams.
  • Active ServSafe Certification is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
