Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Associate to join our team at FR Conversions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of our facility, utilizing best business practices to maintain resources, services, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility and document findings.
  • Manage contractor and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  • Oversee environmental health and safety, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Help plan and manage services central to the facility, including reception, security, cleaning, waste disposal, and parking.
  • Respond to facility/equipment alarms and system failures, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or hydraulics maintenance.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards and industry codes.
  • Ability to lift pounds and work in a non-environmentally controlled work environment.
  • Valid Driver's License.
