Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and document findings.
- Manage contractor and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Oversee environmental health and safety, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Help plan and manage services central to the facility, including reception, security, cleaning, waste disposal, and parking.
- Respond to facility/equipment alarms and system failures, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or hydraulics maintenance.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Ability to lift pounds and work in a non-environmentally controlled work environment.
- Valid Driver's License.
