Job Description

As a Facilities Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of school facilities, including classrooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, disinfecting, and trash removal.
  • Operating and maintaining equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and trash compactors.
  • Assisting with special events and projects as needed.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $37,311 - $51,019 per year. The Carroll County Public Schools system offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
