Mobile Field Operations Supervisor

Position Overview:
The Mobile Field Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of various projects. This position is designed to ensure effective communication and leadership among the Foreman and crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily project operations
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Facilitate communication and provide guidance to Foremen and crew
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce
- Verify project locates, materials, and billing accuracy
- Prepare and submit all necessary job reports
- Complete as-built drawings and redline updates
- Engage actively in safety, maintenance, production, and personnel initiatives
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in utility construction crew leadership
- Familiarity with telecommunication MSA contracts is highly desirable
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in database management and Excel
- Experience with Google applications is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Telcom service area and be available for on-call duties
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Class A CDL license is preferred
