Position Overview:

The Mobile Field Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of various projects. This position is designed to ensure effective communication and leadership among the Foreman and crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily project operations
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Facilitate communication and provide guidance to Foremen and crew
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce
  • Verify project locates, materials, and billing accuracy
  • Prepare and submit all necessary job reports
  • Complete as-built drawings and redline updates
  • Engage actively in safety, maintenance, production, and personnel initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in utility construction crew leadership
  • Familiarity with telecommunication MSA contracts is highly desirable
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in database management and Excel
  • Experience with Google applications is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Telcom service area and be available for on-call duties
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Class A CDL license is preferred
