Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to work collaboratively with our clinical team, including specialists in speech, occupational therapy, and psychology, to provide comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with children with autism.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized ABA therapy plans for children aged 2-6 in a center-based environment
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans
  • Apply ESDM-informed ABA therapy strategies and provide training to staff as needed
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 7-8 clients and perform standardized assessments to monitor client progress
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with families and provide guidance and support throughout the therapy journey
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience in ABA early intervention
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
