Soar Autism Center, a pioneering network of interdisciplinary clinics, is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join their team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly skilled SLP to provide comprehensive care to children with autism and their families.

Come collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that empower children to reach their full potential. Our services include naturalistic therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health services, and diagnostic services, all designed to provide a seamless experience for families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists).
  • Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • License to practice speech pathology.
  • Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
  • Ability to connect and engage with young children.
