About the Role

Smith Chason College is seeking a qualified Higher Education Records Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of student records, ensuring compliance with FERPA regulations, and providing confidential guidance to students.

You will work closely with campus leadership, faculty, and staff to create and maintain collaborative working relationships. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
  • Verify student identities and ensure compliance with FERPA regulations.
  • Respond to student inquiries and provide confidential guidance.
