We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our outdoor advertising sales team in Omaha, Nebraska. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all advertising sales activities, managing sales and maximizing advertising sales revenues, and motivating the sales team through positive leadership and training.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the salesforce, approve advertising contracts, and develop ideas and advertising programs
- Assist in sales training programs and goal-setting for advertising sales performance
- Coordinate and manage efforts of the advertising sales team with other internal departments
- Ensure timely proposals, POP (proof of performance), and billboard or digital installations
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience is preferred
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $96,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
- A first-year earning potential of $114,000 - $125,000 including performance-based bonuses
- 120 hours of paid time off (PTO) that increases with tenure
- 12 paid company holidays, including President's day and Juneteenth
