Job Summary:

Aldi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented District Manager Trainee to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist district managers in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team performance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with store personnel, customers, and vendors.
  • Conduct store tours and customer walks to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as payroll, sales reports, and inventory management.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop subject matter knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Take initiative to create excellent store conditions and improve store associate performance and stock efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
