About Our Team and Collaborative Efforts

The Product team is responsible for developing and managing Kobie's array of technology products and service offerings that empower our clients to realize enterprise value through loyalty. This team ensures our solutions are both valuable and feasible by leveraging data-driven insights into user and customer needs, industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and business constraints. The Product team effectively influences colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives through data, logic, and compelling narratives.

Your Impact on Our Success

  • Lead and oversee a 3-year product strategy for Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud's analytics (Compass) or member experience (Producer) product lines.
  • Analyze data and utilize subject matter expertise to formulate customer-focused business requirements for new products, features, and services.
  • Empower marketing and sales teams to articulate Kobie's unique value proposition to colleagues, clients, and the broader market.
  • Track industry trends and the competitive landscape, sharing SWOT analyses for your product category.

Qualifications for Success

  • 5+ years of experience in martech, data, or analytics software products in roles such as product manager, product designer, data analyst, software developer, or user researcher.
  • Proven knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
  • Experience in loyalty products, programs, or the industry is highly preferred.
  • A keen eye for design and UX/UI.
  • Agency experience is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
