BRE performs these duties in a way to maximize value and minimize disruptions to our branch teams, allowing them to continue to focus on the needs of our clients.The Real Estate Strategist partners with Market Management and other key stakeholders to provide a support structure that ensures Market Leaders have the real estate strategies, resources, metrics, financial information and data at the branch, region and market level to make informed real estate decisions that progress the Market Business Plan. What You'll Do:Partner with Senior Real Estate Strategists to provide thought leadership that helps to define and guide implementation of Market Management across Branch Real Estate.Partner with Senior Real Estate Strategists to build the infrastructure within Branch Real Estate, ensuring a support structure for Market Leader, Region Leaders and Market Strategists. Partner with Senior Real Estate Strategists to create the framework to design and execute Market Real Estate Plans by Region, providing the resources and tools to ensure the plan is actionable. Support Senior Real Estate Strategists with initiatives (i.e. Teaming) that directly tie to firm strategy, ensuring the implementation of processes and guidelines for successful execution. Ensure partnership, alignment and collaboration with Home Office key stakeholders. Create and streamline workflows, processes, and guidelines necessary for executing. Develop reporting for data driven decision making and identify necessary system enhancements to ensure data accuracy. Continue to evolve best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes. Previous experience in project management, case management, or customer service.
