Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Cycle Counter is responsible for conducting daily cycle counts of warehouse inventory. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to identify inventory inaccuracies and provide timely attention to customer requests for cycle counts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize physical inventory and cycle counting schedule and collaborate with other support operators to ensure cycle counts are up-to-date.
- Conduct inventory checks for date code, quality, and work with the Inventory Control Clerk and DC management to make inventory adjustments.
- Utilize Warehouse Inventory Systems to complete cycle counts and conduct basic level research.
- Identify mistakes/inconsistencies that may affect the overall accuracy of the inventory and report findings to department supervisor and managers.
- Operate power equipment such as the manlift, forklift, and pallet jack to move, check, and relocate inventory.

Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High School
- Preferred Education: Associates Degree
- Minimum Experience: 1-3 years experience in service parts inventory control and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Preferred Experience: 3+ years experience in service parts, experience using ERP inventory software, and knowledge of Excel
Soft Skills:
Customer Service & Excellent written and oral communication skills
Hours & Conditions:
M-F 8am-4:30pm; or 2:00pm-10:30pm

Warehouse Power Equipment Such As Manlift, Forklift, Pallet Jack
Travel:
N/A
Physical:
Can lift 50 lbs Grasping/Griping/fine manipulation. Pushing/pulling/Bending/kneeling/twisting/climbing on a regular basis. Carrying/setting/walking/standing and lifting above shoulder level on a regular basis.
