About Cerium Networks

Cerium Networks is a dynamic and growing company seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for leveraging your business-to-business sales experience to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with new prospective clients and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Develop and qualify new business opportunities within targeted markets through various channels, including phone, email, social networking, and in-person events.
  • Research prospects and generate leads to drive business growth.
  • Manage existing client relationships to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Articulate solutions and services available to clients and collaborate with technical resources to tailor them to client-specific needs.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to clients.
  • Develop and deliver high-energy presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technologies offered by Cerium Networks.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent professional communication and detailed follow-up.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales and account acquisition.
  • Minimum four years of business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Minimum five years of work experience in a professional business setting.
  • Outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven and committed to hitting goals and activity levels.
  • Knowledge of Social Networking platforms and CRM required.
  • Preference will be given to those with a track record in Business Development.
  • Capability of understanding client pain points, requirements, and correlating potential business outcome to value that can be provided by Cerium Networks.
  • Experience in technology sales strongly desired.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000 plus commissions (OTE Year 1 @ Target = $175k, Year 2 @Target = $250k). Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

Benefits include Medical Insurance with a PPO and HDHP plan option, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) matching contributions, 15 days of PTO, and 9 paid holidays, and a Wellness program.
