Position Overview:
The Senior Project Engineer is a key role within the Transmission Line Engineering division, tasked with executing engineering responsibilities and delivering technical insights to address design challenges with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:
Incumbents will engage in a range of standard activities, gaining valuable experience and familiarity with engineering personnel, methodologies, practices, and programs.

This role reports directly to the Transmission Engineering Manager.

Key Duties:
- Collaborate in the design and assessment of Client transmission and distribution overhead power lines, ensuring Client requirements are fulfilled in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Engage in Overhead Transmission & Distribution Design using PLS-CADDTM software, constructing models from scratch or making minor adjustments to existing designs.
- Review engineering plans, specifications, and equipment for utility projects.
- Prepare comprehensive and precise technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketches.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of both Company and Client standards to establish guidelines for future project planning and design.
- Utilize basic functions of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Maintain effective communication with employees at all organizational levels.
- Perform additional related tasks incidental to the responsibilities outlined, including project management duties associated with assigned work.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
