Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the daily Inventory Management System, which involves entering invoices, updating recipes, and ensuring accurate mapping of recipes to POS systems. Generate inventory reports to assist the Finance team in reviewing monthly inventories across all locations.
  • Facilitate office supply orders within the organization and manage the inventory of supply cabinets. Ensure that designated areas are stocked with necessary items and replenish supplies as required.
  • Support various projects aimed at enhancing the finance team's understanding of business operations.
  • Utilize technology and software tools, including voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide assistance during peak operational periods as needed.

Qualifications

? Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

? Attention to detail and accuracy are critical for success in this role.
? The position may require repetitive hand and arm movements.
