Job Title: Direct Support Professional 2

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 2 to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Monterey Park. As a key member of our team, you will promote the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, advocating for their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement daily routines that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments and activities.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support and care.
Requirements:
  • Direct Support Professional Certificate (Year 1 & Year 2) or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of hire.
  • First Aid/CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certifications.
  • Valid California Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in various weather conditions.
