About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Activity Leader to join our team at the Dimond Park Aquatic Center. As a Recreation Activity Leader, you will be responsible for leading aquatic fitness and skill classes for youth, adults, and seniors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and instruction for aquatic fitness and skill classes
  • Develop and implement engaging and safe programs for participants of all ages
  • Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and management
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all participants
Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
