Creative Project Manager

The Producer is a key role in our Creative team, responsible for leading and managing projects associated with photography, video, and/or CGI (computer-generated imagery) production. This position acts as a facilitator and liaison between the Creative team and vendor photography/video studios.
Key Responsibilities:- Communication: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project objectives, ensuring daily studio and project communication to keep projects on track.
- Production Management: Completion of shot lists, tracking and management of production, ensuring proofs and tasks are on track for projects, and utilizing problem-solving skills to deliver successful projects.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences.
- Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Conditions could produce mild discomfort on occasion.
