Position Overview:

We are in search of a knowledgeable and skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to contribute to our legal team. This role presents a unique chance for an individual with a robust background in commercial real estate law to make a significant impact. Responsibilities will include providing legal counsel on a variety of commercial real estate matters such as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. You will also engage in drafting and negotiating real estate transactions and advising on legal matters affecting business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert legal support for commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and financing agreements.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and provide legal analysis and risk assessments for commercial real estate transactions.
  • Advise on legal and regulatory matters impacting business operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure all transactions adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated on developments in commercial real estate law and inform management of potential impacts on the firm.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities with a client-centered approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
