Position Overview:


We are in search of a proactive and knowledgeable Trust & Estates Attorney to manage a varied portfolio of cases. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work within a prestigious firm, focusing on trust law, estate planning, and probate matters.


The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of estate planning and trust administration, coupled with a detail-oriented approach and a passion for legal practice.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive legal advice on trust and estate matters, including estate planning, trust management, probate, and tax considerations.
  • Craft and implement effective estate plans, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Represent clients in probate court and related proceedings.
  • Advise clients on tax implications associated with estate planning and administration.
  • Collaborate with financial professionals to provide a holistic approach to estate planning.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and stay informed on developments in trust and estate law.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
  • Active attorney license in good standing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estates law.
  • Strong legal research and drafting capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
  • Understanding of federal and state tax laws relevant to trusts and estates.
