Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves servicing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring seamless operations for hospitality clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing kitchen equipment, including appliances, ovens, stoves, refrigeration units, condensing units, and dishwashers
- Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Maintaining accurate records of completed work and reporting any issues or concerns to management
- At least 2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance and repair
- Previous experience working in a hospitality environment (resort, hotel, cafeteria, restaurant, grocery store, coffee shop) is a plus
- Relevant technical training, such as Universal EPA and CFESA certification, is highly valued
- Able to work emergency on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
