Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product-led growth and conversion rate optimization strategy across Calm Business web properties.
- Drive revenue by building and guiding a multi-channel growth strategy and collaborating with our Product teams, optimizing ROI, and improving prospect experience.
- Scale conversions and drive customer engagement and retention.
- Fill in opportunity gaps across all funnels and optimize strategies to achieve business goals.
- Experience marketing to HR benefits leaders and/or healthcare-related background.
- Marketing Campaign Management.
- Solid project management skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.
- Knowledge of Wordpress, GA4, Marketo, ABM Platforms (6sense), Digital Ad platforms, SEO, conversion rate optimization tools.
- Proficient with analytic platforms like Amplitude, Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau.
- 6+ years' experience in growth marketing.
This role is eligible for equity, comprehensive benefits, 401k, and flexible time off.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $142,000 - $180,000.
