Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product-led growth and conversion rate optimization strategy across Calm Business web properties.
  • Drive revenue by building and guiding a multi-channel growth strategy and collaborating with our Product teams, optimizing ROI, and improving prospect experience.
  • Scale conversions and drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Fill in opportunity gaps across all funnels and optimize strategies to achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • Experience marketing to HR benefits leaders and/or healthcare-related background.
  • Marketing Campaign Management.
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.
  • Knowledge of Wordpress, GA4, Marketo, ABM Platforms (6sense), Digital Ad platforms, SEO, conversion rate optimization tools.
  • Proficient with analytic platforms like Amplitude, Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau.
  • 6+ years' experience in growth marketing.
What We Offer

This role is eligible for equity, comprehensive benefits, 401k, and flexible time off.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $142,000 - $180,000.
