Job Title: Auto Body Technician

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality repairs to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and repair vehicle damage using various tools and techniques
  • Plan and execute repairs to meet customer expectations and company standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve repair facility KPIs
  • Ensure all work is executed correctly by inspecting vehicles after repair
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
  • Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present
