Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Auto Detailing Specialist to take charge of our car wash service lane and ensure our vehicles are in top-notch condition for presentation to customers.

This position involves a variety of cleaning duties to ensure excellent preventative maintenance of the vehicles.

Responsibilities

  1. Exterior detailing: cleaning, restoring, or exceeding the original condition of the surface of the car's finish, chrome trim, windows, wheels, and tires, drying the exterior, as well as other visible components on the vehicle's exterior.
  2. Interior detailing: cleaning, floor mats, upholstery, vacuum seats and flooring, compartments, windows, etc.
  3. Ensure interior is dry to prevent mildew.
  4. Ensure the cabin of the vehicle is clean and smells good; using deodorizing products.
  5. Washing, drying, and detailing vehicles for customer delivery, and or, to prepare for vehicle lot inventory.
  6. Maintain Asbury quality standards.
  7. Training will be provided.
  8. Must have strong attention to detail.
  9. Must be able to follow manufacturer recommended procedures.
  10. Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
  11. Must be able to stand on feet for a long period of time as well as bending and lifting light items.
  12. Self-motivated and a team player.
  13. Must have a valid driver's license.
  14. Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
  15. Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test).

The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
