Manufacturing HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing HR Business Partner to join our team at BlueScope. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic support to our manufacturing operations, ensuring the success of our business while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with manufacturing leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and support employee engagement.
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR systems, including HCM, time and attendance, and leave of absence programs, to ensure seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance to the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on manufacturing operations and employee relations.
- Proven track record of providing strategic HR support to business leaders and driving business results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- A competitive salary range of $77,000 to $117,000 annually.
