Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Quality Improvement and Compliance Specialist to join our team at AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical records, as well as auditing files to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough audits of medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Utilize multiple software programs, including Microsoft programs, to perform tasks efficiently
• Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Stay up-to-date with HEDIS/NCQA knowledge and ensure compliance with regulations
• Work with HEDIS data entry software/reporting tools and/or entry in HEDIS engines
