Position Overview:

This role primarily involves Tier 1 support responsibilities at our service points across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with password resets
  • Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Unlocking user accounts
  • Facilitating access to Email and Office 365
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Providing support tailored for new users
  • Assisting with device setup, account configurations, and password management

User Base: Over 1000 students requiring assistance.

Support Environment: All support is conducted in person, focusing on help desk operations rather than desktop support.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems; familiarity with Mac systems is advantageous (personal experience is acceptable)
  • Experience in a higher education setting is a plus

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong customer service aptitude
  • Familiarity with Windows and some Mac systems (personal experience with Mac is beneficial)
