Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Psychometrist to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As a Psychometrist, you will play a critical role in administering and scoring neuropsychological and psychological tests under the supervision of a licensed neuropsychologist.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and score neuropsychological and psychological tests for adult outpatients with suspected cognitive deficits, MCI, neurological conditions, and age-related conditions.
  • Provide diagnostic data to psychologists and neuropsychologists, as well as referrals from the community.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology with coursework in assessment.
  • Ability to administer and score 75-100 different psychological tests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Mathematical aptitude and ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Master's degree and Certified Specialist in Psychometry (CSP) preferred.
