Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Testing Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, providing expert consultation to clients and colleagues, and contributing to the development of innovative assessment and treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and accurate neuropsychological assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment planning;
  • Develop and implement individualized assessment plans to meet the unique needs of clients;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of assessment and treatment services;
  • Provide expert consultation to clients and colleagues on assessment and treatment-related matters;
  • Stay current with best practices in neuropsychological assessment and treatment through ongoing education and professional development;
  • Contribute to the development of innovative assessment and treatment protocols to enhance client outcomes;
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in counseling or clinical psychology from an accredited institution;
  • Active and unrestricted license in the State of Washington;
  • Experience conducting quality neuropsychological assessments of ADHD, Autism, and IQ testing;
  • Experience providing mental health services to clients from diverse backgrounds and with diverse identities;
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and growth, particularly in regards to awareness of bias and limitations;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in a language other than English;
  • Experience conducting clinical services utilizing a non-English language;
  • Experience providing assessment services to children, pre-teens, and adolescents;
  • More than 2 years of clinical experience post-graduation;
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of intersectional identities and cultural diversities outside of the American context;
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, with a reliable internet connection and electronic device.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on caseload, with a range of $65,000 to $125,000 per year pre-tax.
