Job Title: Licensed Testing PsychologistWe are seeking a Licensed Testing Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for conducting neuropsychological assessments, providing individual therapy, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive client care.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough and accurate neuropsychological assessments to inform treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, addressing a range of mental health concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Doctoral degree in counseling or clinical psychology from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the State of Washington
- Experience conducting neuropsychological assessments and providing individual therapy to diverse client populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices
- Fluency in a language other than English
- Experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Knowledge of intersectional identities and cultural diversities outside of the American context
- Experience conducting clinical services in a non-English language
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $125,000 per year, based on caseload. Our benefits package includes flexible scheduling, paid sick leave and family medical leave, paid administrative time, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and a monthly stipend for healthcare insurance and services.
