- Conduct effective sales calls and presentations to communicate the value proposition of LHC Group
- Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage sales administration duties, including CRM, expense entry, and payroll time sheets
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to work independently
