About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct effective sales calls and presentations to communicate the value proposition of LHC Group
  • Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage sales administration duties, including CRM, expense entry, and payroll time sheets
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work independently
