Role Summary:

The Community Voice Liaison, under supervision, provides essential support to residents by assisting with daily living activities and basic nursing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment is required.

Experience:

  • Preferred six months of experience in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new residents and guide them to their accommodations.
  • Conduct daily visits and maintain documentation.
  • Complete resident satisfaction surveys and communicate findings.
  • Address any customer service issues promptly.
  • Assist with resident grooming, feeding, and mobility.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in team meetings to contribute to care plans.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
