Role Summary:
The Community Voice Liaison, under supervision, provides essential support to residents by assisting with daily living activities and basic nursing tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment is required.
Experience:
- Preferred six months of experience in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new residents and guide them to their accommodations.
- Conduct daily visits and maintain documentation.
- Complete resident satisfaction surveys and communicate findings.
- Address any customer service issues promptly.
- Assist with resident grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute to care plans.
Skills Required:
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
