We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, Strategic Staffing Solutions.

About the Role

This position is part of the Trigger Management Loan Covenant Team within Commercial Mortgage Servicing. The team is responsible for identifying and monitoring loan covenants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and understand Commercial Real Estate loan documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor loan covenants and identify potential issues or risks.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Utilize complex formulas in Excel, such as index/match, to analyze data and identify trends.
Requirements
  • Commercial Real Estate experience, with a strong understanding of loan documents and industry regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience using complex formulas and data analysis techniques.
