Your Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the Project Manager and Project Superintendent. The primary objectives include establishing goals, strategizing, communicating effectively, organizing tasks, executing plans, and monitoring progress. The Project Coordinator will spend approximately 20%-30% of their time in the field.

Core Duties:

  • Capable of acquiring, organizing, reviewing, and disseminating project submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining essential Project Logs and takeoffs.
  • Skilled in liaising with clients and owner representatives.
  • Adept at managing project budgets and completing necessary cost reports.
  • Competent in scheduling self-performed work, subcontractor tasks, and supplier material deliveries.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze documents such as project plans, specifications, safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.

Who You Are: A Profile of Excellence

  • Possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, ideally with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Exhibit a high level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6.
