Your Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the Project Manager and Project Superintendent. The primary objectives include establishing goals, planning, communicating, organizing, executing, and monitoring project activities. The Project Coordinator will spend approximately 20%-30% of their time in the field.

Core Duties:

  • Capable of acquiring, organizing, reviewing, and disseminating project submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining essential Project Logs and takeoffs.
  • Adept at communicating with clients and owner representatives.
  • Skilled in managing project budgets and completing necessary cost reports.
  • Competent in scheduling self-performed work, subcontractor tasks, and supplier material deliveries.
  • Ability to read and interpret various documents, including project plans, specifications, safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

  • Possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, ideally with three or more years of experience.
  • Exhibit a high level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6.
