Your Role: Championing Excellence through Technical Skill and Innovation

The Field Engineer serves as the critical link between the construction site and the corporate office, providing essential support to both the Project Engineer and the Project Superintendent. This role focuses on production monitoring, operational strategy, communication, organization, implementation, and project data management. Expect to spend 75%-90% of your time in the field, gaining invaluable insights into construction management that will enhance your effectiveness and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with project personnel to ensure work plans are effectively tracked and analyzed for optimal field operation efficiency.
  • Developing, maintaining, and reporting on daily quantities of work completed.
  • Evaluating and comparing budgeted versus actual production rates and material yields.
  • Assisting in ensuring that field operations adhere to project standards and specifications.

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
