Role Summary:

  • Facilitates the movement and processing of production materials and inventory to ensure a seamless workflow in accordance with established operational protocols.
  • Utilizes both automated systems and manual reporting techniques to communicate the status of materials, ensuring their availability for production needs.
  • Identifies and addresses minor issues or discrepancies related to materials and inventory, adhering to standard procedures.
  • Collaborates with various departments to prioritize tasks, expedite processes, and complete production objectives, minimizing any potential delays.
  • Operates under general supervision, demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
  • Exhibits keen attention to detail, compliance with operational standards, teamwork, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Assists in the management of production materials, ensuring their timely movement into and out of storage and production areas.
  • Contributes to monitoring ongoing work processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Updates automated systems to reflect accurate inventory status.
  • Identifies and resolves issues related to materials and inventory.
  • Supports the team in expediting production activities to prevent delays.
  • Must possess the ability to operate a forklift, lift up to 35 lbs, and maintain mobility throughout the workday, including the ability to navigate stairs as needed.
  • Works under close supervision, ensuring adherence to all safety and operational guidelines.
