As a Systems Analyst at CGS, you will be responsible for establishing Oracle databases within a UNIX framework. This includes the design, implementation, troubleshooting, population, maintenance, documentation, and user training on these systems.

Key Skills and Attributes:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Government IT environments.
- Experience with office automation networks.
- Proficiency in PC and server-based databases and applications.
Qualifications:
- This is a senior-level technical role, often the highest technical position for a specific DOJ component.
- Candidates must demonstrate significant, hands-on experience with the systems in use, typically requiring at least five years of relevant experience.
- Other technical environments may necessitate additional specific skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Government IT environments, including office automation networks and PC/server-based databases and applications, is essential.
- Experience in a litigation support context is highly advantageous.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
- The ability to lead a technical team and provide direction is crucial, along with the capability to analyze attorneys' needs and design comprehensive system solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information management/technology is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous.
