About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Aftermarket Sales Team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data to uncover meaningful insights that can be used to drive decision-making and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including industry forecasts, to inform business decisions.
  • Support organizational project initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships to support new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business functions to identify and prioritize opportunities for performance optimization.
  • Assist in data collection and quality initiatives.
  • Train users to utilize reporting and decision-making models.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience organizing and presenting data from various systems.
  • High degree of fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and storytelling data and findings in presentations.
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and execution competencies.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
  • Data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding relational database query and ETL tools, Excel, Google Analytics, etc.
