Job Title: Business Systems Project Manager

About the Role:

The Business Systems Project Manager will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP S4HANA business systems. This role will prioritize projects, allocate resources, and serve as an application specialist. The successful candidate will have experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, business intelligence, and report writing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide work direction and leadership for business systems analysts, business leads, and external resources to ensure on-time completion of projects within budget.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed function and process specifications.
  • Track and report progress of projects to management.
  • Participate in performance evaluations of team members.
  • Actively participate on projects providing technical expertise and business knowledge for the implementation and support of SAP.
  • Provide input for departmental budgeting and planning.
  • Analyze SAP S4 systems and programming applications to model business processes and efficiently utilize computer resources.
  • Provide critical problem resolution through effective thought process and time management.
  • Plan and lead the installation and subsequent upgrades of SAP S4 application systems projects.
  • Develop project plans with time and cost estimates.
  • Direct and evaluate the work of project team members to ensure successful project implementations.

Requirements:

  • 7 or more years of experience in business applications, emphasizing SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
  • BS in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
