About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Engineer to join our team at Euroline Steel Windows and Doors. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, validating, and industrializing new solutions that meet both market needs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new product offerings and improve existing products as directed by the Product Development Leadership Team
  • Project management, including complete designs for sales/marketing, validation, and print packages
  • Work with Engineering and Production teams to set and standardize tolerance standards
  • Assist in the creation of product references and stay up to date on industry products, standards, and processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Skilled and experienced with SolidWorks, CAE software, and AutoCAD
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with oral and written communication
  • Knowledge of chemical and physical properties of metals, including machinability, welding, and measurement uncertainty
Work Environment

The worker is sometimes subject to noise and is primarily office-based with heavy computer use. Manufacturing area exposure to moving mechanical parts, oils/solvents, fumes, and odors that may affect the eyes, ears, nose, throat, and/or skin.

Salary Description

$95,000 - $125,000 per year
