Automotive Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Delivery Specialist to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As an Automotive Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless experience from the showroom to the customer's driveway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Delivery: Ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers in a safe and satisfactory condition, with all necessary documentation and accessories.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process.
- Pre-Delivery Inspection: Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections of vehicles to ensure that they meet our high standards, including safety checks and cleanliness.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery, including transportation and parking arrangements.
- Maintaining Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries, including mileage, fuel levels, and any issues or defects.
- Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor and improve our vehicle delivery process to ensure that it meets our quality standards.
- Assistance with Vehicle Preparation: Assist with preparing vehicles for delivery by conducting pre-inspections, ensuring proper cleaning and detailing, and making any necessary repairs or adjustments.
